Prepare and coordinate mechanical design drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selections, and construction documents for renovation and new-build projects, including complex laboratory and healthcare facilities. Coordinate with engineers, clients, consultants, and construction teams; support construction administration; and guide junior staff while ensuring quality, code compliance, and project timelines.
