About the Role : One of our leading banking clients is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), enterprise architecture, integrations, and banking technology platforms. The successful candidate will provide both technical and functional leadership while collaborating with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, security teams, developers, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. 📍 Location: Downtown Toronto, ON 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) 💼 Employment Type: Contract 🏦 Industry: Banking & Financial Services Key Responsibilities : Design end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise banking applications. Lead architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud implementations. Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps. Design customer, household, financial account, relationship, referral, opportunity, and banker workflow solutions. Define Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, permission sets, and governance standards. Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and event-driven architecture. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams. Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical governance sessions. Mentor Salesforce development teams and provide architectural leadership. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, banking security, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications : 10+ years of overall IT experience. Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise implementations. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Mandatory experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within Banking or Financial Services. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, automation, security, and integrations. Experience designing REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and batch integrations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Downtown Toronto). Preferred Qualifications : Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification Integration Architect Certification Experience with MuleSoft, API Management, DevOps, CI/CD Knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, or Relationship Management platforms Additional Information Hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Downtown Toronto). Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is mandatory. Experience in Banking or Financial Services is required.
