Job summary

Job Overview: Reporting to the MDR Site Security Lead or Deputy Site Security Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for general security supervision/mentoring/training of subcontracted guards and other security services (i.e. drug dogs, security technicians etc.). The candidate will also be the primary investigator for security incidents occurring on site. The candidate’s14-7 rotation will be synchronized with other MDR Security members to maximize security coverage on site. Salary Range: $161,533 - $208,993 CAD. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 10 years of policing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong investigative training and the ability to work in a remote camp environment are essential.
