Job summary
Job Overview: The Senior Manager Subcontracts is tasked with developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and the ability to understand the industry to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Senior Manager Subcontracts manages multiple related teams, sets their organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources. They must be able to identify and resolve a range of complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. The Senior Manager Subcontracts directly impact business results by supporting and function-specific projects, products, services, and technologies and developing policies and plans. This position reports functionally to onshore (Low Carbon Solutions) SCM Americas Director and to Project Site Construction Director. Salary: $189,532 – $241,548 This range is relective of contracted hours on site, working a rotational work schedule. Requirements
Requires a minimum of 15 years of subcontracts experience, including 10 years within the Oil & Gas EPC or Operator sector. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering is preferred.
