Customer Service Representative Lead Hand ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative Lead Hand at our Burford Ontario location. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for: * Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers. * Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment. * Ensure all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal. * Ensure accurate operation of cashier systems. * Ensure all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures as prescribed. * Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco, lottery and alcohol products. * Support and assist the Manager will all aspects of retail operations. ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Three (3) to five (5) years in customer service * Strong customer service, and organizational skills * Friendly enthusiastic and customer service focused * Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays * Valid G drivers license and reliable vehicle The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass the Retail Smart Serve course if not already certified.
