Qualifications: * Must be client-focused and service-oriented. * Punctual. * Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to transmit and receive information accurately. * Demonstrates the ability to listen and efficiently assist clients with problems. * Ability to follow instructions and to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to act in an acceptable manner so as not to disrupt students writing the exams. * English, spoken and read. * French is an asset. Experience and Education: * High school diploma is the minimum requirement * Priority will be given to candidates who are already in McGill's priority pool. Location: This position is located in Montreal, Quebec and the work for this position is expected to be performed in Quebec.
