Position Summary: ​The Research Associate will support Professor Benjamin Fung in conducting research related to data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive literature reviews in the fields of data mining, machine learning, AI, and cybersecurity. Assist Professor Fung in reviewing research publications. Provide guidance to graduate students involved in research projects. Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering. A minimum of five peer-reviewed publications in data mining, machine learning, AI, or cybersecurity. At least two years of professional experience in data mining, machine learning, AI, or cybersecurity; postdoctoral research experience is also applicable. Before applying, please note that to work at McGill University, you must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located. McGill University is an English-language university where most teaching and research activities are conducted in the English language, thereby requiring English communication both verbally and in writing.
