Hiring Unit: Max Bell School of Public Policy Course Title: Microeconomics in Public Policy Course Code: PPOL 602 Core Course Module 2 Estimated Number of Positions: 1 Total Hours of Work per Term: 48 Teaching Assistantship for six-week intensive Microeconomics course in the Master of Public Policy program. The TA will be required to hold weekly office hours, provide limited assistance to groups who require assistance with their group assignments, and assist individuals who have specific problems with the course material. A Masters degree in Economics is a minimum requirement of the position. Hiring Unit: Max Bell School of Public Policy Course Title and Course Number: PPOL 602: Microeconomics for Public Policy Total Hours of Work per Term: 8 hours per week for a total of 48 hours for term Position Summary: Teaching Assistantship for six-week intensive Microeconomics course in the Master of Public Policy program. The course starts November 2, 2026 and ends December 11, 2026. The TA will be required to hold weekly office hours, provide limited assistance to groups who require assistance with their group assignments, and assist individuals who have specific problems with the course material. Qualifications: Master’s degree in economics; demonstrable knowledge of microeconomics and its application to policymaking is a requirement of the position, clear communication skills and teaching experience is necessary.
