About the Role The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports operational excellence initiatives across McKesson's distribution network. Working closely with Distribution Center leaders and cross-functional partners, this role identifies opportunities to improve performance, drive process standardization, and deliver sustainable business results through continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost performance across distribution operations. Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and implement sustainable process improvements. Analyze operational and financial data to uncover inefficiencies and prioritize improvement efforts. Facilitate improvement events, workshops, and root cause analysis activities to drive measurable business outcomes. Develop and implement standardized processes, best practices, and scalable solutions across the network. Measure, validate, and communicate project results, including operational and financial impact. Support change management activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Operational Excellence teams to improve workflow, material flow, and overall network performance. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations. Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations. Bilingual French and English is an asset. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
