Provide day-to-day caregiving and a safe, nurturing, culturally connected home environment for youth, supporting their routines, well-being, relationships, and personal development. Manage assigned youth cases through assessments, individualized and transition planning, coordination with caseworkers and natural supports, and teaching practical life skills.
