They also provide administrative support, including answering customer inquiries, filing, and performing data entry tasks in accounting software.

Maccess Peer Support Volunteers

Volunteers provide emotional and practical peer support to students while assisting with resource navigation and university policy guidance. They are also responsible for curating the Maccess space and participating in community events and workshops.

EFRT Responders

Responders provide emergency medical and mental health services to the McMaster campus while maintaining professional standards and patient confidentiality. They are responsible for completing monthly training materials and fulfilling a commitment of 4-5 shifts per month.
