They will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration while managing complex people-related challenges. Candidates must have over 10 years of related business partnering experience with a focus on strategic HR leadership and project management. A post-secondary education in Human Resources Management and CHRL certification are required, with experience in high-tech manufacturing considered an asset.
