We’re on the hunt for a Material Assistant on our Satellite systems team at our Montreal office. Role: The primary role of the Equipment Assistant is to support the maintenance/calibration team in preparing and managing equipment that is leased or in transit with service providers. He or she performs administrative tasks related to the department’s operations. Responsibilities/Work performed: * Collects and enters data into various systems. * Generates and publishes various reports. * Updates the department’s KPIs. * Unpacks instruments upon arrival and adds them to the database. Organizes accessories. * Provides administrative support for equipment sent out for service (calibration, repair). Prepares requisitions and purchase orders (POs). * Provides administrative support for instruments returning from service (calibration, maintenance).
