Role: The Reliability and Maintenance Engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as calibration plans, for machines in operation. You will be part of a specialized testing team tasked with ensuring that the performance of the machines, once in operation, meets production requirements over time, thereby enabling a sustained production rate and predictable maintenance schedules on the production lines. Responsabilities: You will be responsible for the following key duties: · Provide the planning department with the various resources needed to carry out scheduled work (parts, labor requirements, documentation, etc.). · Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. · Perform failure analyses using tools, and develop and implement solutions. · Monitor priority equipment (costs, availability, corrective actions, five-year plan). · Identify areas for improvement in your machinery sector and implement them. · Identify new technologies and assess their applicability. · Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. · Resolve parts procurement issues. · Take a leadership role during critical interventions. · Represent the maintenance department in equipment procurement projects · Liaise with the design team · Analyze test requirements · Define calibration and maintenance methods and techniques · Plan and coordinate testing activities and the technician team. · Develop and deploy automated tools to track the performance of machines and technicians Minimum Qualifications: · B.S. or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering. · The candidate must have an engineering background with a solid foundation in programming. · Minimum of 5 years of experience · A motivated individual with a sense of initiative, strong team coordination skills, and a passion for improving testing techniques and processes. · Good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written · Ability to synthesize and explain technical information in layman’s terms · Experience working in a maintenance department is a plus. Comments/Special Considerations: Successful candidates must obtain and maintain a security clearance at the reliability level and pass the security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR. Requirements
