The Opportunity: The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for a licensed Physiotherapist to join our high-performing and fast-growing team of practitioners within Medcan’s Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation service. This is an Independent Contractor position seeking a 2-3 half day commitment with the possibility to build to full days as volume grows. The specific schedule/hours will be mutually determined and has some flexibility. We are currently hiring for the following clinic location: * Markham (600 Cochrane Drive) What You’ll Do: * Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal conservative care. * Demonstrate exceptional clinical care practices and professionalism * Integrate Chiropractic services into an existing collaborative practice environment. * Work alongside physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals and other physiotherapists. * Emphasize inter-professional collaborations through effective communication and coordinated treatment plans. What You’ll Need: * Physiotherapy degree * Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario * Significant experience in dealing with varied orthopedic and sports injuries is an asset * Minimum two years’ experience * Additional physiotherapy related qualifications are an asset * Superior organization and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Position Pay Range $70 - $150/hr Medcan's Allied Health professionals are independent contractors. Remuneration for this role will be dependent on number of days worked, patient volume and level of candidate's experience and qualification. The above range pertains solely to base earnings based on fee split rates and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives. Requirements
