Mediflex Talent Solutions is running a search for a full-scope Registered Pharmacy Technician to lead the blister pack line at an established community pharmacy in Peterborough. Our client is a purpose-driven community pharmacy built on aligned systems and high-performing people. This is a full-scope role centered on blister pack technical checking, with real breadth across narcotic reconciliation, refill verification, and product checking. You'll be trusted with independence and the responsibilities that keep both safety and scale on track. What you'll do Perform technical checks on blister packs and refill prescriptions Conduct narcotic reconciliation and maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations Support pharmacists in workflow alignment for accurate, on-time medication release Lead internal audits, product checks, and process improvements Own documentation, inventory flow, and daily operational excellence What you'll bring Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) as a Registered Pharmacy Technician A community college Pharmacy Technician diploma, or equivalent Recent community pharmacy experience (one year or more preferred) Strong command of pharmacy and medical terminology, aseptic technique, labeling and manufacturing standards, and pharmacy math Solid computer and typing skills How our client works Collaboration, alignment, and accountability are not posters on a wall.
