Job Duties This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 37.5 hours per week Perform administrative duties such as handling referrals, booking patient appointments, preparing patient charts, filing, answering phones, updating the EMR system and coordinating physicians' clinics Help facilitate telemedicine clinics, interact with physicians and patients, and track metrics Must be comfortable with hands-on patient interaction Qualifications A minimum of 2+ years of professional administrative experience (preferred) Medical Office diploma or related program (preferred); Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment An assertive, professional, and friendly interpersonal manager with strong customer service values Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly Good listening skills along with the ability to accept and follow direction Wage: $18-$20/hour (dependent on experience) MedSleep is built on skilled and dedicated employees, and we strive to create a great place to work and grow. What you’ll do

The Medical Office Administrator will perform administrative duties such as handling referrals, booking patient appointments, and preparing patient charts. The role also involves facilitating telemedicine clinics and interacting with both physicians and patients.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience and preferably a Medical Office diploma or related program. Strong organizational skills, customer service values, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
