Sell parts and provide excellent customer service, including supplying parts to service technicians and providing accurate pricing and availability. Maintain inventory and department orderliness, process sales and returns, verify receiving documents, support shipping and receiving, and follow up on shortages.

The Customer Service Manager will oversee the resolution of inventory-related customer concerns and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment. They are responsible for investigating inventory discrepancies and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to improve service outcomes.
