Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakville, ON, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with pharmacy clients across the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting existing and prospective customers, presenting MEGALIFE’s product portfolio, and identifying opportunities to expand business. The role involves negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, following up on orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service. The Field Sales Representative will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide feedback from the field to support marketing, product development, and strategic planning. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiating with pharmacy and healthcare clients. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly, handle objections, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and accurate record-keeping in CRM systems. Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, regulatory considerations, and basic pricing and margin concepts. Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with digital sales resources. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Previous experience in field sales, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare-related sales is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
