Estimate costs and material quantities for mass timber construction projects, prepare detailed client bid proposals, and obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with sales and project teams on scope, budgeting, value engineering, and change orders while staying current on industry pricing and practices.

Create and distribute accurate 3D models, 2D shop drawings, fabrication lists, and CNC code to support the ordering, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, and installation of mass timber materials. Track project information and progress, identify and resolve potential issues, document scope changes, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders under the Project Manager’s direction.

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and automated equipment in a mass timber production facility. This includes performing routine inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.
