Company Overview We are an established steel dock builder based in Gravenhurst, serving the Muskoka region for 35 years. We are seeking a reliable, independent Bookkeeper and Office Administrator for a permanent, year-round, part-time position. Position Details Hours: 20–22 hours per week. Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Flexible start and finish times. Location: Gravenhurst, ON. Requires at least 1 day per week in the office; the remaining weekly hours can be completed remotely. Core Responsibilities Bookkeeping: Handle accounts payable, process payroll, and manage daily general bookkeeping duties. Administration: Complete general office tasks, organize paperwork, and handle basic administrative needs. Requirements Proven experience with standard bookkeeping practices and payroll processing. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and general office systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to come into the Gravenhurst office at least 1 day a week.
