ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Coordinator at Metric Marketing, you will play a key role in driving our projects to success. You'll be responsible for coordinating tasks and deliverables across our creative and digital production teams, ensuring streamlined project execution. You're the link between our Accounts and Production departments, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams to keep projects on time and within budget. Working closely with the Senior Project Management team, you'll support Metric’s Traffic Manager in maintaining seamless workflows and meeting client expectations. CORE DUTIES Project Coordination: Identify project goals, needs, and scope; plan, monitor, and document tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely delivery of tasks, deliverables, and project materials. Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding the progress of each project. Coordinate with clients and account executives to maintain relationships and build trust. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with freelancers and vendors for outsourced production, printing, and other services, ensuring top-quality deliverables. Document Management: Oversee project-related documents and drives. Ensure accurate and organized documentation for all projects. Support: Assist Senior Project Management in maximizing production capacity and scheduling promptly. Support the Traffic Manager to ensure smooth traffic flows and meet client deadlines.
