Pick and verify products, review SAP work orders, program equipment, machine and assemble doors, and inspect, label, and package finished products to meet specifications. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation, follow safety and receiving procedures, support customer pickups and returns, and work with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems, including responding to breakdowns and documenting maintenance work. Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement through inspections, installations, root cause analysis, safety compliance, and collaboration with production and maintenance teams.

Pick, pack, and ship building materials such as mouldings and doors, while reading pick lists and ensuring accurate order quantities. Operate warehouse equipment, move materials, put away products, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

The Safety Coordinator will champion a proactive safety culture by identifying risks, conducting incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will also facilitate safety training, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across manufacturing operations.

The associate is responsible for operating machinery to produce interior millwork products according to exact specifications and quality standards. Duties include inspecting finished products, maintaining production documents, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.
