Job summary
We are hiring Network Operations Engineers at L2/L3 level to support large-scale enterprise environments across retail stores, distribution centers, corporate offices, cloud and remote workforce connectivity. You will troubleshoot and restore complex network services, own critical incidents, support network/security platforms, coordinate ISP and vendor escalations, and drive improvements in network reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Own and resolve complex L2/L3 network incidents and Major Incidents • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, Cloud and Security environments • Support geographically distributed retail and enterprise networks • Perform RCA, problem management, network changes and upgrades • Coordinate Cisco, ISP, carrier and technology vendor escalations • Improve monitoring, observability and operational processes Key Skills: • Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Meraki & Cisco SD-WAN • Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama & Zscaler ZIA • AWS/Azure Networking & hybrid connectivity • BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, ZTNA/SASE • Infoblox DHCP/DNS, Wireshark, Splunk, SolarWinds/Datadog • ServiceNow & enterprise incident management • Python, Ansible, Terraform, APIs or network automation CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, AZ-700, AWS Networking or ITIL are assets. If you are a hands-on Network Engineer who can take ownership of complex production issues and drive them through resolution, we would like to hear from you.
