As a Commercial Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee Light Industrial and Commercial projects across Toronto. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Client Details This company is a full-service construction management firm that delivers a wide range of projects across Ontario, including commercial, office, mixed-use, industrial, institutional, and residential developments. They are recognized for managing complex builds and creating high-performance spaces where people live, work, shop, and learn Description Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion. Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively. Lead project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety practices. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
