As a Senior Bilingual Telephony Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational technology systems to support the property sector. Based in Mississauga, this role involves ensuring the effective integration and performance of technology solutions tailored to the company's needs. Client Details A company in the property industry located in Mississauga. Description Manage and maintain operational technology systems to ensure they meet business requirements. Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions that support operational goals. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for technological improvements. Provide technical support and training to staff as needed. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for operational technology systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
