As a Regional Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will be in assisting operations with implementation and compliance of existing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. This position conducts jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. What it takes? 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects Join a company that powers progress. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
