Key Responsibilities: Manage patient scheduling, registration, and processing to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations. * Handle patient inquiries via phone, providing excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality. * Coordinate with healthcare providers to manage appointment schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and patient satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and secure medical records in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. * Process billing and ensure timely payment of invoices. Qualifications: * Degree or certificate in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field is an asset. * Proven experience in a medical or clinical setting- dermatology experience is an asset * Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficient in medical software- experience with Accuro EMR is an asset. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
