Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, Canada. This role involves coordinating and Salesforce-related projects, supporting project managers with planning, scheduling, and documentation, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. The coordinator will assist in gathering technical and business requirements, preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among internal teams, clients, and vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring project risks and issues, organizing meetings, updating project management tools, and supporting quality assurance activities to help deliver consistent, high-quality solutions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to support planning, execution, and tracking of multiple initiatives. Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge to understand and Salesforce-focused solutions. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying risks, and supporting data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and interacting with clients. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred not required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is an advantage. Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project needs. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to professional, inclusive workplace practices.
