Lead executive client engagements, guide solution and project governance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to qualified managed services sales and client transitions.

Lead client-side QA for a large-scale ServiceNow ITSM implementation, including test planning, oversight of vendor evidence, test execution, defect management, and UAT coordination. Assess operational and release readiness, report on quality and risks, and provide QA recommendations for cutover, go-live, and acceptance.

Lead on-site AV installation projects from mobilization through commissioning, including cable work, equipment mounting, rack builds, system testing, and troubleshooting. Direct and mentor installation crews, maintain accurate project documentation, communicate progress to project managers, and support clients through service calls and training.
