Le poste Nos coiffeurs sont des professionnels courtois et qualifiés, engagés envers le bien-être et la satisfaction de nos membres et invités. Ils combinent une consultation attentionnée, une expertise technique et un service personnalisé afin d’offrir une expérience professionnelle et accueillante. Ils jouent un rôle essentiel au sein de notre organisation et : Offrent des services de coiffure de grande qualité, notamment des coupes, colorations, mises en plis et coiffures pour occasions spéciales Consultent les membres afin de comprendre leurs préférences et leurs besoins Se tiennent à jour sur les tendances, les techniques, les services et les produits capillaires Maintiennent la propreté, l’hygiène, la préparation des postes de travail et la présentation du salon tout au long du quart de travail Collaborent avec leurs collègues afin de promouvoir les services du salon, du Spa et de bien-être et de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs du département Recommandent les services de coiffure et les produits de détail appropriés Répondent aux besoins des membres de façon professionnelle, positive et efficace Nos coiffeurs : Possèdent au moins un an d’expérience en coiffure Ont complété une formation professionnelle reconnue en coiffure Possèdent d’excellentes compétences techniques, notamment en coupe, coloration, mise en plis et coiffure pour occasions spéciales Démontrent d’excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, en communication et en consultation Sont accueillants, professionnels, fiables et passionnés par la coiffure Possèdent de bonnes aptitudes en gestion du temps et sont capables de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe Font la promotion de leur travail et participent aux programmes et événements du club ____________________________________________________________________________ Midtown is looking for a Hair Stylist to provide professional salon services within a luxury club environment. The Position Our Hair Stylists are courteous and skilled professionals committed to the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests. They combine thoughtful consultation, technical skill, and personalized service to create a polished and welcoming salon experience. They are an integral part of our organization and: Provide high-quality hair services, including cuts, color, blowouts, and formal styling Consult with members to understand their preferences and service needs Stay current on hair trends, techniques, services, and product knowledge Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, workstation readiness, and salon presentation throughout the shift Partner with colleagues to promote salon, Spa, and wellness services and achieve department goals Recommend appropriate salon services and retail products Address member needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner Our Hair Stylists: Have a minimum of one year of experience as a Hair Stylist Have completed recognized professional training in hair styling Have excellent technical abilities, including cuts, color, blowouts, and formal styling Demonstrate excellent client service, communication, and consultation skills Are friendly, personable, reliable, and passionate about hair Have strong time management skills and are able to work independently and as part of a team Promote their work and participate in club programs and events This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
