Assist the Crew Chief with field surveying across the firm's divisions, including operating survey equipment, performing basic data collection, staking and flagging boundaries, and searching for survey evidence. Follow safety procedures, maintain equipment and vehicles, communicate with the Crew Chief, and travel as required for field assignments.

Lead a field crew performing surveying work, primarily municipal, cadastral, and residential or commercial construction surveys, including survey calculations. Coordinate with clients, landowners, site supervisors, project managers, land surveyors, and other crew chiefs while traveling as assignments require and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Assist the Crew Chief with field surveying across company divisions, including operating and maintaining survey equipment, performing basic data collection, and completing staking, flagging, and survey evidence searches. Follow safety procedures, maintain vehicles and equipment, support project workflows, and take on a safety lead role if the Crew Chief is injured.
