Retail Store Supervisor Field Job Description Your Responsibilities Opening and closing the registers Supervising and executing the day-to-day operations Assisting in controlling the sales inventory Assisting team members with follow up logs, daily operations, and product knowledge Role model on the floor – utilizing all the selling tools provided and assist the team members to provide an exceptional customer service and a positive environment Ensuring all the Miele policies and procedures are followed by the team What we are looking for Are available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in premium retail sales Are extremely organized Have experience in premium customer service Have excellent computer skills Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Are optimistic and easily adaptable to change The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data. $50,000-$55,000
