As a Project Manager - Development and Space Optimization, you will support the management team in optimizing processes, defining KPIs, and achieving goals to maximize the team's impact within the Mila community. Serve on committees related to space optimization, collaborating with professors, researchers, and administration to improve workspaces and ensure optimal use. Continue efforts related to phase 2 of the work, which includes implementation, community communication, and management of consultations and improvement suggestions. Act as the safety officer and manage the deployment and compliance with Mila’s physical security plan in collaboration with the security firm and IT team, coordinating communication around this plan. Support the implementation of ad-hoc projects such as certain alumni program initiatives, managing the visitor access policy, and office assignment, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
