Senior DevOps Engineer – ML Contract role: Location: Canada | Remote We are looking for a Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer to build and support scalable ML platforms and GPU-based workloads. Must Have: 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering 3+ years supporting production ML/AI platforms Strong Kubernetes & AWS EKS experience Hands-on Volcano / Kueue Python or Golang Terraform & Helm CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Strong Linux, distributed systems, and microservices experience Prometheus & Grafana Cloud migration/modernization experience Nice to Have: MLflow, Kubeflow, GPU workloads, ArgoCD/Flux, LLMOps, RAG, vector databases, and multi-cluster Kubernetes.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience and at least three years supporting production ML/AI platforms. Candidates must have strong Kubernetes and AWS EKS experience, hands-on Volcano or Kueue experience, proficiency in Python or Golang, and experience with infrastructure, CI/CD, Linux, distributed systems, monitoring, and cloud modernization.
