We help customers discover products that bring their hobbies and interests to life. We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to join our Outlet Collections Niagara team during the holiday season. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service. Learn about our products and recommend games, toys, puzzles, and collectibles based on customers’ interests. Support store sales goals through product knowledge and engaging customer interactions. Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system. Receive, unpack, price, and replenish merchandise. Maintain clean, organized shelves and attractive product displays. Assist with inventory counts and follow loss prevention procedures. Work collaboratively with the store team and follow company policies. Support other store duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset. An interest in board games, toys, puzzles, or collectibles. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
