About The Role The E-Commerce Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Mine & Yours’ online business across product publishing, order fulfillment, digital merchandising, and customer experience. This role helps ensure products are accurately represented online, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and e-commerce operations meet Mine & Yours’ luxury standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an interest in e-commerce, fashion, and luxury retail. What You’ll Do Order Fulfillment & Operations Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure every order reflects the Mine & Yours luxury unboxing experience. Maintain organized e-commerce and back-of-house areas and ensure proper product care. Support inventory transfers, tagging, and internal product movements. Identify and communicate shipping, inventory, or product discrepancies. Product Content & Merchandising Prepare and publish accurate product descriptions for new arrivals. Ensure products are correctly tagged, categorized, priced, and represented online. Support website merchandising, collections, and homepage updates. Identify unshot or unpublished inventory and flag for prioritization. Perform quality assurance on product listings and site content. Customer Experience Respond to customer inquiries through Gorgias in a timely and professional manner. Support order, shipping, product, and general online shopping inquiries. Escalate complex issues and work with the Senior Associate and E-Commerce Manager on resolutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Buying, Retail, and Studio teams to support efficient product flow from intake through to publishing. Support studio preparation, inventory organization, and campaign execution as required. Proactively identify and report errors, bottlenecks, or workflow gaps. Who You Are 1+ years of retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning and working with e-commerce platforms and digital tools.
