Job Description We are currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager position at St Albert Centre. Address: 375 St Albert Trl, St. Albert, AB T8N 3K8 Store Manager Responsibilities: Lead, train and mentor all associates to optimal potential Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly Actively seeks and sources for strong candidates Focuses on KPIs, sales goals and labour cost, developing action plans to achieve targets Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied Manage and motivate team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency, increasing retention amongst employees Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment Ensure sales goals are met along with other important aspects Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising Store Manager Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience Retail Management experience Experience in small convenience/retail/ grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada Experience managing team in Retail Setting Eligible to work in Canada Skills & Experience Required: Exceptional customer service skills Qualifications & Skills Proven retail experience in beauty/cosmetics with a track record of hitting sales targets Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills Good business acumen: comfortable analyzing numbers, making decisions, managing budgets Knowledge of beauty brands, market trends, product categories Organized, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment Self driven and motivated Able to lead and direct team with clear communication Empathy and ability to motivate sales team to meet sales goals Ability to meet objectives and sales target Innovative and creative with the ability to think outside the box and attract customers Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
