Job summary
Job Summary MINISO Canada is currently expanding and we are looking for an Allocation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating merchandize to retail stores and counters to ensure optimal stock levels, support sales performance, and reduce overstock or stock-outs. You’ll work closely with the merchandising, planning, and retail operations teams. Work Location: North York, ON Salary Range: Starting from $43,000 per year, commensurate with experience Responsibilities Previous experience in the retail industry, inventory management, or ERP system maintenance is considered an asset. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Highly data-driven with strong numerical acumen; able to analyze and interpret large datasets. Skilled in at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Generate and maintain regular allocation and inventory reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills. 1 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, allocation, or data analysis is considered an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. High level of attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and reports. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
