What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Prescription Processing: Receive, transcribe, and verify the technical accuracy of new and refill prescriptions. Independent Final Check: Conduct final checks of prepared prescriptions to ensure accuracy before dispensing. Compounding: Prepare non-sterile (ointments, liquids) and sterile (intravenous injections, chemotherapy) medications. Patient Care: Gather medication histories, administer injections (where authorized), and teach patients how to use medical devices like inhalers or glucometers. Inventory & Records: Maintain medication inventory, manage narcotic and controlled substance records, and process third-party billing. The ideal candidate will have: Education: Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. High attention to detail.
