They will conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and foster a culture of safety through employee training and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing EHS role. A professional certification such as CRSP or NEBOSH is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of Canadian EHS regulations.
