This position manages rental applications, renewals, and tenant inquiries with professionalism and accuracy—all while embracing a collaborative, customer-focused approach. Here’s how you’ll contribute * Provide daily administrative assistance to the Leasing team * Review and audit rental applications portfolio-wide * Process rental applications and purchase orders as required * Act as primary contact for tenants regarding lease renewal options * Prepare and process legal documentation for renewals * Handle lease assignments across communities * Assist Senior Administrator with onboarding and training new team members * Maintain in-depth knowledge of Minto communities and offerings across Canada What you bring to the team Here’s what will help you stand out.
