Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week, on the San Francisco Peninsula (Bay Area). Location & Relocation: Open to candidates based in the US and Canada. The small team focuses on building sophisticated tools that allow major corporations to manage high-volume voice interactions. The company is currently in a rapid growth phase and operates with a flat structure where employees work closely with the founding team to solve complex technical challenges in the artificial intelligence space. About the Role As a Product Designer, you will own the entire user experience, translating complex AI workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to shipping features that help customers build and monitor voice agents. Working directly with the founders in a high-intensity environment, your work will directly impact how enterprise clients interact with AI technology. This role requires a high degree of ownership and the ability to maintain design quality in a fast-moving, high-output setting. What You’ll Do Lead product features from initial concept and specification through to final shipment. Design core interfaces for building, testing, and monitoring AI-driven voice agents. Collaborate daily with founders and engineering teams to ensure design integrity throughout the release cycle. Translate direct customer feedback and research into actionable design decisions. Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system for the platform. Identify friction points across the product and drive solutions to improve user workflows. What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a product designer on shipped software products. A portfolio demonstrating full-cycle ownership and high-quality craft. Proven experience designing technical or B2B products involving complex workflows. Resilience and adaptability within a high-intensity, high-growth environment requiring significant weekly hours and onsite presence. Nice to Haves Experience with developer tools, AI platforms, or real-time communication products. Background in building design systems from the ground up. Specialized training in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $180,000 – $250,000 plus equity. 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
