We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Calgary Showroom as a Retail Sales Associate. What's in it for you This is a part time, seasonal position from October 2026 to February 2027 Great working environment opportunities to work independently and as part of the team What you'll do Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs Using product knowledge to upsell customers Creating sales quotes Handling inbound and outbound calls Some of the softwares you'll be using Gorgias ClickUp Bright Pearl Who you are A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you're comfortable handling phone calls Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed The schedule & location This role is based in our Calgary location, Friday to Monday 9:45AM to 6:15PM
