Key Responsibilities Drive the execution of regulatory and business deliverables for market transformation initiatives. Coordinate PM-related tasks for workshops and sessions with senior business stakeholders. Track deliverable progress and report statuses clearly across various stakeholder levels. Document and organize meeting minutes, action logs, and maintain a project audit trail. Manage dependencies across initiatives, working closely with technology and business teams. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in major institutions. Strong knowledge of Capital Markets structures, products, and environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working with Front Office/Trading/Sales teams. Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree or PMP certification a plus. Requirements
