Consideration will be given to Registered 3rd year 433A Apprentices or higher. The Millwright is a key player in keeping our production floor running and ensuring we are able to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced, “just-in-time” environment. Cooperation with the Maintenance, Production and Continuous Improvement Teams is essential for this position. Candidates must be flexible to work any/all shifts, daily/weekend overtime as required plus rotating on-call duties. Duties and Responsibilities Perform PM Duties on equipment per PM Schedule. Trouble shoot hydraulic problems and repair. Trouble shoot electrical / electronic problems and repair. Trouble shoot and repair mechanical problems. Record corrective action. Identify safety concerns and repair unsafe conditions. Record repairs on PM forms. Provide proper lighting to work areas. Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or other Senior Management. Qualifications and Skills Certified Industrial Millwright 433A Tradesperson minimum Grade 12 or equivalent minimum 5 years maintenance manufacturing experience - production floor & facilities work (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, equipment relocation, facility installs/upgrades & troubleshooting) experience with hand and power tools ability to read, write & communicate in English excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills self-driven & able to work independently and prioritize tasks excellent team-player with a positive "can-do" attitude & excellent attendance automation and/or experience with paint lines & systems is considered an asset Job Details: Hourly Wage: $44.56 + afternoon shift premium of $0.50/hour Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: 100 Washburn Drive, Kitchener, Ontario (on-site) Hours of Work: Afternoon shift: 3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday Job Vacancy: This posting is to fill a current vacancy Preference will be given to candidates with plastic injection moulding and/or automotive industry experience. Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified Industrial Millwright (433A) with a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. A minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work flexible shifts and overtime.
