About : As a member of the Accounts Payable team within the Accounting Department, your role as an Accounts Payable Specialist is to ensure the proper management of accounts payables related to financing operations, as well as accounts payable related to travel expenses. You are responsible for the final validation of financing agreements by ensuring the accuracy of financial information, as well as reviewing accounts payable to ensure they comply with the organization’s policies. Responsibilities: * Review invoices related to financing agreements and process disbursements. * Enter financing agreements into the system. * Review and process expense reports and corporate credit cards. * Coordinate the distribution of contracts and manage the department’s email inbox. * Provide support to the accounts payable team and accounting department. * Respond to various requests from other departments. * Identify opportunities for improvement that could benefit the department. * Perform all other related duties associated with this position.
