Your Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Carry out autobody repairs such as panel replacement, fenders and bumpers repairs, and structural frame work. Operate frame straightening and welding equipment. Grind, sand, fill, and shape surfaces for proper fit and finish. Reassemble vehicles to factory specifications. Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure seamless workflow. Adhere to OEM and industry repair standards. Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. What You Bring Journeyman or Red Seal certification. 5+ years of autobody experience preferred. Candidates must hold a Journeyman or Red Seal certification and preferably have over 5 years of autobody experience. A strong commitment to quality workmanship and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
