Job details
The Opportunity: Our client is a well-established and growing healthcare organization operating a network of outpatient diagnostic imaging clinics in Southwestern Ontario. With modern imaging technology, a strong commitment to clinical excellence, and a patient-first approach, the organization continues to expand its team to support growing demand. They are currently seeking Medical Radiation Technologists (MRTs) to join their team across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for MRTs who are passionate about patient-centred care and looking for a role that offers greater stability, predictable scheduling, and a strong overall compensation package, including benefits and pension. Whether you're currently based in Southwestern Ontario, considering a move to the region, or simply exploring what else may be available, we'd welcome a confidential conversation. If you're ready for more predictable hours, greater work/life balance, and the opportunity to build your career with a growing healthcare organization, we'd love to connect. What You'll Be Doing: Provide compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining a calm and professional approach. Respond to patient questions and concerns appropriately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure patient comfort throughout examinations while respecting individual concerns and cultural differences. Explain examination procedures clearly and ensure patients understand each stage of their examination without providing a diagnosis. Perform patient examinations in accordance with the clients protocols, policies, and procedures. Ensure required views are obtained and images are accurately recorded and documented to support assessment of normal and abnormal findings. Collaborate with MRTs, Sonographers, Radiologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Contribute to a positive patient experience and maintain a high standard of professionalism across all interactions. What You'll Need to Be Successful: Active registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO). Current liability insurance. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation, with the ability to work across all locations in the surrounding area. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A courteous, professional, honest, respectful, and trustworthy approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient experience excellence. A proactive approach to problem solving. Flexibility and strong cultural awareness when working with diverse patients and colleagues. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments. Compensation: $39.00 to $41.00/hour.
