Role Description We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our Cambridge team on a part-time basis. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care for musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and clinical reasoning Providing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation Educating patients on injury prevention and self-management Completing accurate clinical documentation Managing MVA and WSIB patients and related documentation Collaborating with the clinic team and participating in case discussions Participating in mentorship, professional development, and clinic initiatives Qualifications Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) Strong clinical assessment, treatment, communication, and documentation skills Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Experience with or willingness to manage MVA and WSIB cases Strong teamwork, accountability, and leadership potential Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Weekend availability is required, with flexibility for evenings based on clinic needs Ability to work on-site at our Cambridge, ON location If you are a motivated Physiotherapist looking to grow clinically, contribute to a collaborative team, and build your career with a growing clinic, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, with strong assessment, treatment, communication, and documentation skills and proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Candidates should be willing to manage MVA and WSIB cases, demonstrate teamwork and accountability, commit to ongoing development, and be available on weekends with possible evening flexibility.
